Arnica Tablets by Boiron

What is Arnica?

Arnica tablets are a homeopathic medicine that help to reduce swelling, bruising and decrease pain the muscles and joints.

Key Ingredients In Arnica Tablets:

Arnica Montana (Daisy Flower) - The root in this flower has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body.

In Homeopathic tablets, the concentration of Arnica Montana is miniscule. This small concentration allows for benefits within the body, with minimal side effects. In this way Homeopathic Medications are considered relatively safe.

It is always advised to seek an opinion from your medical physician prior to taking any medications, including homeopathic medications, to ensure they are right for you and your health.

What Is Arnica Used For?

Arnica is suitable for anyone that has concerns with swelling of the muscles or joints, or bruising.

At DermaSpa we often recommend Arnica if you are going to be having a cosmetic injectable treatment (dermal fillers, Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Restylane etc). We recommend our patients take Arnica Montana tablets for five days after treatment if possible. This helps to reduce any discomfort, swelling or bruising.

How Many Arnica Tablets Should I Take After Cosmetic Injectable Treatments?

Take two tablets three times a day by mouth. The tablets dissolve under the tongue so water isn’t necessary.  Your physician should recommend the dosage and duration of Arnica treatment that is suitable for you.  We often recommend treatment for five days post injections.

Arnica is also available in a gel form that can be applied to areas of bruising, swelling or discomfort.
